Mr. Stern has more than 15 years of experience in the construction industry advising on U.S. and international construction projects, including airport, civil, transportation, rail, manufacturing, oil & gas, information technology, marine salvage, commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects. His work spans preparation and defense of claims, change order evaluations and negotiations, and delay and schedule analyses. In addition, he has supported experts in providing evidence to adjudicators.
Before joining Secretariat, Mr. Stern worked in Project Controls for a large multi-disciplinary engineering and construction management firm providing change order and project management services to clients on large-scale infrastructure projects in New York City and the surrounding areas.
