Ms. Tran has extensive experience in construction disputes across high-profile projects spanning various industries including process plants, power plants, offshore construction, transport infrastructure and real estate developments. Her work involves preparing and evaluating construction claims, review of programmes and as-built data, conducting critical path analysis, identification of causes of delay and assisting experts in formal dispute resolution proceedings. Her international construction disputes portfolio covers projects in UAE, Qatar, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Vietnam. Ms. Tran holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the National University of Singapore and is currently pursuing her LLM in Construction Law and Arbitration.
Ms. Tran is an active member of several industry committees and organizations. Through these platforms, she contributes to the industry by volunteering for the foreign construction workers, delivering presentations on construction delay analysis, moderating events and panel discussions, organizing events for construction professionals and arbitration practitioners.
