Tim Diffendall has more than 20 years of experience providing project claims and dispute resolution, project advisory, scheduling services on government and private contracts for both owners and contractors. He has worked on “mega” and other large complex projects worldwide, including the United States, Canada, Mexico, Central and South America, the Middle East, Central Asia, and Africa.
His experience spans various industries, including mining, oil & gas, infrastructure, energy, heavy industrial, aerospace, commercial construction, and general residential. Mr. Diffendall has consulted on project management issues throughout the life of a project, from the proposal phase to advising clients during construction on cost control and schedule matters, to performing analyses from a forensic perspective. His forensic capabilities have focused on development, analysis, and resolution of schedule delay and cost overrun claims, with the results of his findings presented in mediation, arbitration (including international arbitration), and various other alternative dispute resolution forums.
Mr. Diffendall is certified as a Planning and Scheduling Professional and a Certified Cost Professional and is an expert in performing delay and cost overrun analyses on complex construction matters.
