Mr. Gbedemah is a Managing Director at Secretariat’s London office, specializing as a delay and disruption expert with extensive experience in the energy, transport, built environment, and technology sectors across the EMEA region. He has given evidence in mediation, adjudication, and testified in numerous arbitrations under ICC, LCIA, SCCA, AFSA and ICAC rules. Mr. Gbedmemah also provides project governance consulting advice on new and live projects.
Mr. Gbedmemah is a Chartered Civil Engineer holding a BEng from Manchester University, an MSc in Construction Management from Kingston University, and graduate and postgraduate law degrees from BPP Law School. He has published five papers on delay-related topics presented to professional legal and construction organizations
