A Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA Charterholder), Ms. Crippes regularly provides business valuation and economic damages analyses to clients in a variety of industries and circumstances.
Ms. Crippes has valued businesses and ownership interests within disputes involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, shareholder oppression, and post-acquisition claims, among others. Ms. Crippes has also valued businesses for mergers and acquisitions and corporate planning purposes. Ms. Crippes additionally has experience in providing financial and forensic investigation in marital disputes. Her practice spans the real estate, mining & metals, oil & gas, and financial services industries, among others.
Prior to joining Secretariat, Ms. Crippes worked at a multinational expert consultancy, providing services within the firm’s Forensic & Litigation Consulting practice. Ms. Crippes also has prior experience working at a large investment management firm. Ms. Crippes worked with a variety of investment management functions including mutual fund accounting, securities lending trading and valuation, and auditing fixed income and equity products.
