With more than 10 years of experience, Ms. Njoku specializes in investigations of complex technology implementation disputes and intellectual property theft in litigation and arbitration, including ERP systems, AI systems, and bespoke software solutions. She also specializes in the calculation of damages related to those technology disputes.

Ms. Njoku provides investigative and litigation support for clients ranging from individuals to large public companies across a series of industries including financial services, manufacturing, and healthcare. Her work focuses on complex disputes involving allegations of intellectual property and trade secret theft, software implementation failures, and IT service outsourcing disputes. Software disputes include bespoke system solutions, new AI technology, ERP, HRIS, and CRM solutions.
Ms. Njoku assists testifying experts in preparing expert witness reports and preparing for hearings, trials, and mediations. She is also well versed in helping clients understand the core technology issues when preparing for resolution or dispute proceedings.
Prior to joining Secretariat, Ms. Njoku worked at an expert consultancy firm providing services within its forensic litigation practice. Her prior experiences include work with oil & gas accounting as they pertain to joint offshore interest, and financial and forensic investigation in marital disputes. Ms. Njoku is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of California.
