Mr. Bouvier has several years of experience in the engineering and construction industry, providing independent expert services on delay and quantum matters in the context of negotiations, mediations, litigations, and arbitrations. He has supported project owners, contractors, and subcontractors across a wide range of sectors, including buildings, infrastructure, renewable energy, and industrial projects, both in Canada and internationally.
Mr. Bouvier has several years of experience in engineering and construction projects, with a focus on complex dispute situations involving delay and quantum matters.
He has been involved in major construction and infrastructure projects across Canada and internationally, supporting project owners, contractors, and subcontractors in negotiations, mediations, litigations, and arbitrations. His broad sectoral experience includes buildings, rail, bridges, tunnels, renewable energy, industrial facilities, and heavy civil infrastructure.
Mr. Bouvier holds a Bachelor of Engineering from McGill University, complemented by a minor in finance. He is bilingual, fluent in both English and French.
Before joining Secretariat, Mr. Bouvier worked in project advisory and risk management at Arup and in disputes and strategic project advisory at Accuracy.
