He specializes in construction delay and quantum analyses, litigation support, and project advisory services related to schedules and claims on active projects.
Mr. Bilgen is an Associate Director with over 15 years of experience in the construction industry. His background includes working with general contractors on heavy civil and large-scale aviation projects, as well as with owner-developers on high-end residential and mixed-use developments. He specializes in construction delay and project advisory services.
Prior to his consulting role, Mr. Bilgen worked with general contractors specializing in heavy civil infrastructure and aviation projects, where he gained hands-on experience in project execution and schedule management. He also worked with owner-developers on luxury building projects, providing insight into development-side planning and delivery challenges.
In his consulting capacity, Mr. Bilgen performs and evaluates delay and quantum analyses in the context of disputes and claims, advises clients on active project schedule management, and supports the preparation of expert reports. His experience spans a wide range of project types, including software development, tunnels, bridges, airports and railways, across North America, Latin America, and the Middle East.
