Matt Gasbarro has extensive experience advising engineering and construction industry clients. His expertise includes resolving claims and disputes on construction projects including schedule delay analysis, productivity and labor analysis, quantifying the effects of delay and disruption, and cost overruns.
He works with contractors, public and private owners, and other stakeholders to resolve disputes in dispute review boards, mediation, arbitration, and trial venues. Mr. Gasbarro advises owners, contractors, and other stakeholders on the execution and management of projects, including critical path method scheduling, cost control, change management, risk, and project management. His industry experience includes oil and gas, industrial manufacturing, heavy civil/infrastructure, mass transit, commercial high rises, hospitality, airport, and aerospace projects.
Previously, Mr. Gasbarro worked for a global engineering, procurement, and construction contractor in its oil, gas, chemicals, and power/infrastructure business units. While there, he provided cost, schedule, and change management services on multiple projects ranging from $10M to $3B.
