Kieran Raphael has considerable experience producing expert witness reports and financial models for international arbitrations and litigations. His work involves disputes over lost profits and increased costs, primarily in breach of contract or class action lawsuits. Mr. Raphael’s contributions span a wide array of industries such as energy, infrastructure, telecommunications, information technology, and sports & media.
Prior to joining Secretariat, Mr. Raphael spent three years at a boutique expert disputes firm and began his career in institutional investment management.
