Mr. So has worked on numerous projects around the world in Hong Kong, Singapore, Vietnam, Korea, New Zealand, the Middle East and Maldives.
Mr. So has assisted experts in the resolution of construction disputes across a diverse range of projects including infrastructure, transportation, commercial and construction projects. He has experience in preparing expert reports on quantum matters for litigations, arbitrations and mediations on a diverse array of claims including loss and expense, acceleration, variation, measurements, defect work, and damages claim.
Before joining Secretariat, Mr. So was a team leader in a project quantity surveying consultant providing project quantity surveying management for complex construction projects in Hong Kong. This background provides a strong foundation of his quantity surveying knowledge and skills.
