Before joining Secretariat, Mr. Rivas worked in major capital civil and oil & gas projects appearing as a testifying fact witness on three occasions in international arbitration proceedings.
Mr. Rivas has undertaken the Legal Experience Training Advanced Professional Award in Expert Witness Evidence (LETAPAEWE) accredited by Pearson Learning at a level 7 (Masters level) BTEC.
