Jeffrey Lippold has more than 35 combined years of experience with financial, accounting, economic, construction, manufacturing, business valuation, merger/acquisition/divestment, turnaround, and statistical issues.

Mr. Lippold has a strong background in financial damage models, with extensive experience in the energy industry, EPC projects, and complex construction issues. Mr. Lippold works with and understands financial damage issues from all sides – Developers, Owners, Designers, Contractors, Product Manufacturers, Subcontractors, and Insurance Companies.

Prior to his expert witness experience, Mr. Lippold held the executive positions of CEO and/or CFO of major global organizations, including Kvaerner Oilfield Products (now part of Aker Solutions) and National Oilwell (now NOV).

Mr. Lippold’s consulting experience includes more than 100 engagements, spanning issues such as financial distress/turnarounds, organization planning, project management, lender due diligence, management reorganizations, and quality systems relating to international and manufacturing standards.
