Haylee Bacik has hands-on construction experience as a project manager overseeing commercial, educational, and industrial projects, including higher education projects, distribution facilities, life science buildings, and tenant fit-outs.
Before joining Secretariat, Ms. Bacik worked for one of the world’s largest construction management firms, where she gained valuable experience in all aspects of construction, including buyout, bidding, budgeting, contract administration, project execution, project controls, schedule management, cost and change management, safety, and quality control. With this extensive experience, Ms. Bacik brings a unique perspective to analyzing and resolving disputes related to schedule delays, cost overruns, change orders, labor productivity, and material procurement.
As part of her previous construction industry experience, Ms. Bacik served in a key role as a scheduling executive responsible for the schedule management of several large commercial building projects. In this role, Ms. Bacik was responsible for implementing planning and scheduling systems, coordinating and preparing schedule updates, developing recovery plans, conducting critical path and schedule risk analyses, and assisting her clients in resolving and mitigating schedule delays.
