With nearly two decades of Middle East experience, Mr Crichton has managed complex, high-value projects such as a AED 17bn mixed-use development in Abu Dhabi under NEC3, as well as leading commercial teams on government projects under amended FIDIC contracts valued between RO 25m and RO 120m.
Mr Crichton has a strong track record in delivering high-quality commercial outputs, including financial statements, payment recommendations, and accurate valuation of variations. He specialises in quantum matters and expert witness work, providing independent analysis, valuation, and opinion on disruption, prolongation, acceleration, and variation claims.
