Edward Phillips is an Associate Director in Secretariat’s Damages and Valuations team, specializing in quantifying economic damages and performing valuations in commercial disputes and investor-state arbitrations. Mr. Phillips has more than ten years’ experience in forensic accounting and financial consulting and is qualified as a chartered accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
Mr. Phillips has experience in business valuation, quantification of lost profits, and wasted costs, across a range of industries including mining, oil & gas, real estate, and hospitality.
Before joining Secretariat, Mr. Phillips spent three years at a Big 4 accounting firm as a forensic accountant and three years at another disputes consultancy.
