David Mantel has more than 25 years of experience with leading heavy civil contractors managing every phase of large and complex infrastructure projects throughout North America. Mr. Mantel has substantial experience and expertise in critical path scheduling and delay analysis, cost tracking and project accounting, assessment of productivity losses, quantifying damages, change order management, differing site condition impacts, and developing requests for equitable adjustments and claims for time and costs.
Mr. Mantel has managed all aspects of project execution, including estimating, preconstruction, design coordination and management, construction management, critical path scheduling, cost tracking and controls, progress reporting, quality, safety, client and stakeholder coordination, and change management. His deep industry experience includes state and federal government contracts for roads, bridges, levees, locks, privately owned toll roads, marine construction, and mass transit. Mr. Mantel has managed and executed projects using various project delivery methods, including Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, EPC, CM at Risk, P3, and Early Contractor Involvement (ECI).
