Mr. Moreland has a background in Mechanical Engineering and experience with construction project controls. He consults primarily on claims related to Construction Quantum, Labor Productivity and Disruption, and Schedule Delay for clients across the Construction Industry.

Mr. Moreland is experienced working with a variety of project stakeholders including public and private owners, contractors, developers, owner’s representatives, and architectural and engineering firms. Mr. Moreland has consulted on projects in the heavy civil, infrastructure, oil & gas, commercial, mass transit, energy, residential, real estate development, and other fields.

Mr. Moreland has experience with disputes heard in both state and federal court, arbitration, and mediation, and has consulted on projects located around the world, including in the US, Canada, Europe, and South America.
