Ms. Niedhoefer has more than 15 years of consulting experience for the construction industry and performed project management and project scheduling of complex international construction projects before specializing in evaluating delays, disruption, loss of productivity and damages, and preparing expert reports.
She works with private owners, owner agents, architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and United States government agencies (USACE, NAVFAC, GSA) by analyzing delays and damages that occur during the performance of large construction projects. Ms. Niedhoefer provides expert reports and presentations for all stages of legal disputes, including claim preparation, discovery, mediation, arbitration, and litigation. In addition, she has experience reviewing and analyzing the technical requirements of various contractors’ schedule updates.
Ms. Niedhoefer has experience consulting on various projects, including infrastructure, municipal, transportation, educational, commercial, hospitality, residential, and industrial facilities construction projects.
