Andrew Prather has more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry advising owners, contractors, design professionals, and developers. Mr. Prather works with clients on construction and project management matters, cost estimating issues, claims analysis and preparation, and litigation related services. He specializes in estimating and analysis of construction and project costs on many different types of projects in various industry sectors. Mr. Prather has consulted on residential, multi-family, mixed use, commercial, medical facilities, governmental facilities, infrastructure/transportation, and oil & gas.
Mr. Prather has prepared hundreds of cost estimates for project owners, design professionals, contractors, and subcontractors throughout the United States. Additionally, he has extensive experience assessing damages and losses resulting from natural disasters.
Before joining Secretariat, Mr. Prather’s professional experience included construction management fieldwork and design experience in residential and commercial construction.
