Amanda Cabot has over five years of experience in the construction industry and advises clients on construction scheduling, delay analysis, and dispute resolution. She brings practical project-side insight into managing complex schedules, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and addressing risk and performance challenges.
Prior to consulting, Ms. Cabot worked as a project manager for one of the largest commercial and civil contractors in the United States, delivering projects across healthcare, federal government, technology, higher education, commercial mixed-use, and historic renovation sectors. She also served in the firm’s in-house legal department, where she reviewed contracts, supported risk management, and contributed to the development of schedule analyses and dispute narratives for claims of varying sizes and complexities.
