Alan Bozeman serves as Secretariat's Director of Information Technology where he oversees all aspects of the firm's global information technology, including strategy, implementation, execution, security, and team management. He serves as a partner and strategic advisor to firm leaders to identify, implement, and manage strategic initiatives that support and improve the Secretariat team and clients.
With more than 30 years of IT experience, Alan Bozeman is responsible for the firm’s global information technology, including strategy, implementation, execution, security and team management. His experience includes global enterprise application management, business intelligence, cloud management, digital transformation, data center operations, security management, and global network management.
Before joining Secretariat, Mr. Bozeman served in IT leadership roles for various companies in a range of industries, including manufacturing, agriculture, and career placement services. In his most recent role, he served as the Director of IT for Careerbuilder where he managed all IT operations.
He is certified as a Project Management Professional and holds a certification in ITIL Foundations.
