Mr. Rowlands is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with 20 years’ experience in the construction industry. He specializes in quantum services and claims preparation. His experience ranges from working as a roofer, steel erector & fabricator, to providing cost consultancy and dispute resolution expertise in the UK, Europe & Australia. Mr. Rowlands’ experience includes residential and heritage properties, renewables, and data centres.
Mr. Rowlands’ extensive construction background allows him to provide a range of services in dispute resolution and quantum claims. He has experience of running complex infrastructure projects from project feasibility to completion, preparation of claim submissions and responses. He has also been party to successful early dispute resolution matters where he has been responsible for compiling both the claim position and the counter claim position.
He has experience of working within client organisations on major infrastructure projects providing services such as contract negotiation, contract/scope changes & claim assessments.
Mr. Rowlands’ experience in the construction industry has been gained via hands-on construction roles as well as working for contractors and consultants.
Mr. Rowlands’ experience covers the construction, civil engineering, infrastructure, renewables, cold storage, data centres and residential projects gained via private contractor and consultancy roles.
